In-Home ABA Program
Home Based ABA Program
Unique Family Services offers a home-based individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program for youth. Our ABA program will be supervised by experienced professionals including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA’s). Together with each family, a treatment plan will be created to prioritize goals and concerns as well as outline the treatment approach that will be used during ABA therapy. At Unique Family Services, we strive to provide the highest quality services to help each child reach their maximum potential.
WHAT IS AUTISM?
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a complex developmental disability defined by a set of behaviors that affects each individual differently with varying degrees. It’s a spectrum condition, meaning that while people with autism share certain difficulties, their condition will affect them in different ways. Individuals may have impairments in social interactions, developmental language and communication skills, and engage in rigid and/or repetitive behaviors.
WHAT IS ABA THERAPY?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) uses evidence-based practices and interventions to change socially important behaviors. These behaviors may include communication, language, social skills, and daily living skills such as eating, toileting, and hygiene. Using each child’s motivation and interests, ABA therapy teaches new skills towards independence. ABA therapy has been endorsed by a number of state and federal agencies, including the U.S. Surgeon General as effective treatment for autism.
Our ABA Services:
- Behavior assessment and design of treatment plan
- ABA treatment provided 1:1 in the child’s home, school, and/or community
- Behavior reduction
- Parent/caregiver training on behavioral interventions
- Variety of treatment approaches such as Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and Discrete Trail Teaching.
- Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA)
FBA Transition Program
When challenging behaviors arise, the FBA Transition Program will help determine the function of the behavior, create interventions that will reduce the behavior and simultaneously teach parents/caregivers to implement these interventions.

Focused ABA Therapy
